How It Works
Purchase Voucher
Purchase an official passport application voucher directly on this portal. The voucher is required before beginning your application.
Complete and Submit Application
Fill out the online form and upload all required supporting documents. Ensure all information is accurate before submission.
Review & Interview (If Required)
Your application will be reviewed by Immigration officers. You may be contacted for an interview if further verification is required.
Payment (After Approval)
If approved, you will be instructed to pay the passport fee at the Passport Payment Section at any Immigration office nationwide or at an approved payment location. Please retain your official receipt.
Biometrics Scheduling
After payment confirmation, your biometrics appointment will be assigned based on the next available capacity. You will be contacted to appear at an Immigration office for biometric capture.
Notification & Collection
You will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call when it is time for biometrics and when your passport is ready for collection. You may also track your application status in the portal at any time.
